Q's, Friends, and the Budweiser Clydesdales

We spent the weekend here in Memphis at the GSKC Agility trial! The weather for the majority of the weekend was wonderful which made this outdoor (under cover) trial really nice! (Sunday was a tad too windy in the afternoon!) The best part is that you get to meet everyone's non-agility friends, families, and maybe even a boyfriend in addition to seeing all of our agility friends especially those not from Memphis:)

So now on to the fun!!!

Moana and Jennifer came SOOOOO close to the Q multiple times this weekend!!! It is going to happen soon, I can just feel it!! And Cletus did much, much better on Saturday!!

Jill and Atticus were on fire this weekend!!! He got his Excellent A title in Jumpers this weekend and got his OA title in Standard! He is now completely in Excellent!! YEAH!!!

Jill and George also had a good weekend with many close runs! And I have to say that George was the most talkative as I have ever seen him in the ring this weekend! He had something to say!

Terry and Pebbles had some really good runs this weekend! Most impressive was her standard runs in which Pebbles was a very happy girl during her runs!!

Tammy and Cajun had some great runs and Qs in Std and FAST and some close calls in JWW. Miss Simi had a good weekend as well especially in JWW and FAST!

Last but not least, Foster got his second FAST leg , a QQ, and another Q in JWW on Sunday. Miss Lexi is making great strides in her confidence in the ring!! She got her 1st FAST leg this weekend as well as her 2nd Open Std leg (and 2nd place!!!) this weekend! Even better was that she did the table and her contacts in every standard run this weekend!! I was SO excited!!!

Hopefully I will have some videos to post later this week!!

This is a very hard venue since it is open on all sides of the ring to outside distractions, people, cars, car alarms, trucks, Clydesdales...

Yes the Budweiser Clydesdales were in town for the Cardinals vs the Memphis Redbirds games on Friday and Saturday. They board the horses right next to the arena we were using for the trial. So we got to see them get walked, washed, and all done up for their appearance on both days. We also ran into the Budweiser Dalmation too! He was very friendly and really liked all of the dogs that were around.
