It was really a very uneventful week! Mike and I started our fall soccer season last Tuesday. It was fun even though we lost by 1. Our porch needed to be cleaned up badly, so I did that yesterday. It was much warmer than I thought it was going to be!! But I got rid of old agility jumps that were broken and had just been sitting there, old tennis balls, dog toys etc. We just don't use the porch much when it is sweltering here in the summer. It looks much better now:)
Lexi, Foster and I played agility over at Janet and Carol's yesterday morning. Lots of people came! Some that I haven't seen in a while, so it was good to catch up and practice for our upcoming shows this fall. Weave update for Lexi...getting better, but we still have some work to do:) She can reliably send through 8 poles, she is about 85% on 10 poles... This is helping her to stay in the poles when she is ahead of me (which is ALL of the time) on the course. She is learning that no matter where I am, if she is in the poles, she needs to do all of the them:)
We spent the rest of yesterday afternoon hanging in the yard and destroying toys:) Last night we went over to hang out at Kim and Lee's house! Their daughter, Sydney, is almost 10 and really getting into cheerleading! She was showing us her back handspring last night! Awesome! She was just bouncing and flipping all over the house! She wants to be a flyer! (The one they throw up in the air, for those non-cheer people) So I will hopefully be able to go and see her squad compete! I love cheer competitions!
Here are some pics of the pups :) Until next time...
